Your fat, sometimes sympathetic, sometimes less so, is an insidious villain. If you want to reduce its amount, you have no choice but to reach for the heaviest sports weapon. Three of the most aerobic disciplines come to the rescue: swimming, running and cycling.
Running
If you’re starting out, you don’t have to throw yourself in at the deep end and run 10 kilometers at a fast pace and then die under a tree or in the gym like Bridget Jones. Start with a simple walk (during 1 hour you will burn about 250 kcal), then speed up the pace to move on to running over time (during 1 hour you can burn up to about 780 kcal). To spice things up, take a companion. Run with a friend or with a dog.
Swimming
It is a real fat buster. During an hour of swimming, you can burn up to about 520 kcal. In addition, you will firm your breasts, slim your belly and have a positive effect on the hip and waist line. The game is worth the candle. An additional advantage of this discipline is that it does not squeeze out the sweat like running. If you are bored with swimming, just like that, consider the option of water aerobics.
Cycling
Pure pleasure. Wind in your hair, a sense of freedom, insects on your teeth, An hour of this pleasure can burn up to 350 kcal. That is more than 1 donut. The condition is good weather, a working bike and most importantly, your willingness.
Losing weight by doing sports, combined with a sensible diet, is the healthiest way to lose weight. However, there is one snag. You need to be systematic and move at least 3 to 5 times a week. If you have too long breaks between workouts, your body will unfortunately not react with weight loss. But if you persevere, you will see the first results after a few weeks and after 3 months you will feel the first satisfaction. And then, you’ll like it and you won’t want to live any other way.
